Born in Mannheim in 1995, Yann Leon grew up in Ludwigshafen.
Yann Leon is the youngest member of our ensemble. With DIKUM DAKUM – The Secret of the Marula Tree, he composed and produced his first original stage score. He is also creating the music and sound collages for our upcoming production, Mr Meier Becomes Kind.
Having a musician as part of the ensemble has opened up an exciting new artistic dimension for our work. In the new production of Wazba, Yann will contribute an original musical composition of his own.
As the ensemble's musician and with his experience as a sound engineer and recording studio producer, he accompanies the company on tour and is responsible for the technical operation of performances at the Theaterladen.
He also releases his own music on Spotify under the artist name Nelø.
